Refund policy

Refund & Order Cancellation Policy

At Little Acadia Farms, we take great care to ensure the quality of every dahlia tuber we ship. Each tuber is carefully inspected prior to fulfillment and will exhibit a visible eye and/or sprout formation at the time of shipment.

Post-Delivery Responsibility
Due to the perishable nature of dahlia tubers and factors beyond our control (including storage conditions, weather, soil, and growing practices), we are not responsible for issues that arise after delivery.

Refund Requests
Refund requests must meet the following requirements:

  • Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of the delivery confirmation notice.
  • All requests must be submitted through the Contact form available on our website: www.littleacadiafarms.com.
  • Requests must include:
    1. A clear explanation of the issue or reason for the request
    2. Photographic evidence showing the condition of the product upon arrival

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at our sole discretion. Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request decision.

Order Cancellations
Orders canceled prior to shipment will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
